  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until well mixed. Add in eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas gently.
  4. For the cinnamon sugar swirl, mix together melted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until thick.
  5. Layer batter and cinnamon mixture in the prepared pan and create swirls using a knife.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
