- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 and 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 bananas)
- For the cinnamon sugar swirl: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until well mixed. Add in eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas gently.
- For the cinnamon sugar swirl, mix together melted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until thick.
- Layer batter and cinnamon mixture in the prepared pan and create swirls using a knife.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
