- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush the rolled-out dough evenly with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the buttered dough.
- Cut the dough into strips about 1-inch wide, twist each strip two to three times, and form into knots before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
