- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup whole milk

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix until smooth with a few small lumps remaining.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-low heat (about 325°F).
- Add butter to the skillet and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until golden (about 1 minute and 30 seconds), then flip and cook for another minute.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
