- 7 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 8 Mini Snickers bars
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare four 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk warm water, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Divide the batter among prepared pans and bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool before removing from pans and assemble with peanut butter frosting between layers.
