Instructions
- Break apart any large chunks of leftover rice.
- Heat a wok or non-stick pan over medium heat, adding chili oil and salt; stir briefly.
- Add minced garlic and cook until golden brown, being cautious not to burn.
- Incorporate the rice, breaking apart clumps as needed; stir for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Serve in a bowl shaped like a dome, garnished with chopped cilantro.
