- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a separate bowl to form a slurry; add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
