  • 8 slices Turkey Slices (deli-style)
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Layer two slices of turkey and one slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.

  5. Coat each chicken roll in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
