  • 3 Chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until done.
  2. 2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. 3. Hollow out the centers of the Kaiser rolls after slicing off the tops.
  4. 4. Brush inside of bread bowls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning; toast at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Combine cooked chicken with drained pasta and Alfredo sauce; fill toasted bread bowls and top with shredded parmesan.
  6. 6. Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
