Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz)
- 6 Kaiser rolls
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until done.
- 2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- 3. Hollow out the centers of the Kaiser rolls after slicing off the tops.
- 4. Brush inside of bread bowls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning; toast at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
- 5. Combine cooked chicken with drained pasta and Alfredo sauce; fill toasted bread bowls and top with shredded parmesan.
- 6. Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
