- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 16 ounces mini vegan marshmallows
- 1 ½ tablespoons cherry-flavored vegan gelatin powder
- 10 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and mini vegan marshmallows together, stirring constantly until fully melted.
- Mix in the cherry-flavored vegan gelatin powder until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 13×9 baking dish or a 9-inch square pan using wax paper or a greased spatula.
- Melt dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and spread evenly over the pressed mixture.
- Allow to set at room temperature for about one hour before cutting into squares.
