Instructions
- Blend the frozen cherries, dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and almond extract in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a jar or container and stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Let the pudding sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the pudding to thicken properly.
- Before serving, stir well and adjust sweetness if desired. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola as you like.
