Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 serrano pepper (optional for spice)
- 1 shallot
- 6 cloves garlic
- Juice from 1 lemon

- 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Instructions
- Gather and chop all ingredients.
- For a chunky sauce: In a large bowl, mix cilantro, parsley, serrano pepper, shallot, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt. Stir in olive oil to your desired consistency.
- For a smooth sauce: Blend all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor until well combined. Gradually add olive oil while blending until smooth.
- Serve immediately or let sit for flavors to meld.
