- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 7-8 minutes). Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Lay each tortilla flat; evenly distribute the beef mixture and top with cheeses. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
