Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta and browned beef into the skillet; toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce evenly.
- Serve warm topped with shredded cheddar cheese and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
