- 1 (20 oz) container of cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24 oz) jar of pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot; cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, seasoning with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove excess grease; stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
- Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce mixture until coated.
- Pour into a greased baking dish; sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes; broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let rest before serving hot.
