Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-30 second intervals until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to the cream cheese; mix until well combined.
- Stir the melted white chocolate into the cheesecake mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
- If desired, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for added texture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Lift out using parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!
