- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar (or coconut sugar), maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
