  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar or powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice; set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with SunButter and vanilla extract in the microwave for about 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the rice Chex into a large mixing bowl and add the melted mixture; gently stir to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the prepared spice-sugar mix over the coated cereal; mix again until fully coated.
  5. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Once chilled, break into pieces and enjoy!
