Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cardamom
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp allspice
- 6 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup turbinado sugar or powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice; set aside.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with SunButter and vanilla extract in the microwave for about 1 minute; stir until smooth.
- Pour the rice Chex into a large mixing bowl and add the melted mixture; gently stir to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the prepared spice-sugar mix over the coated cereal; mix again until fully coated.
- Spread out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Once chilled, break into pieces and enjoy!
