Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
- 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- 16 oz caramel candies
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and mini vegan marshmallows until smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated, then press into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle salted peanuts over the top.
- In a medium saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream over medium heat until smooth; pour over peanuts.
- Melt chocolate chips in intervals in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth; pour over caramel layer.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
