- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup crushed graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts or pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Cut the mixture into small squares and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a serving dish, layer halved strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, and chilled cheesecake bites.
- Top with crushed graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts. Drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.
