Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers (about 12-14 full crackers)
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with milk and beat with an electric mixer until thickened.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold this mixture into the pudding mixture.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the apple pie filling over the crackers and pour half of the cream mixture on top.
- Repeat layering with remaining crackers, apple pie filling, and cream mixture. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set properly before serving.
