  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with milk and beat with an electric mixer until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold this mixture into the pudding mixture.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the apple pie filling over the crackers and pour half of the cream mixture on top.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining crackers, apple pie filling, and cream mixture. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
