  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and butter. Sear seasoned steak tips for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, melt additional butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and milk; stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until thickened; adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and reserved pasta water if needed.
