- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 9-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Lower heat to medium; sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream and milk; add cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Cajun seasoning until cheese is melted.
- Combine cooked linguine with the sauce; adjust consistency using reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve topped with seared steak tips and garnished with fresh parsley.
