  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 9-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Lower heat to medium; sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and milk; add cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Cajun seasoning until cheese is melted.
  7. Combine cooked linguine with the sauce; adjust consistency using reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Serve topped with seared steak tips and garnished with fresh parsley.
