Ingredients
- 12 graham crackers (broken in half)
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Break each graham cracker in half and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and flatten them onto each cracker.
- Melt chocolate chips and 3 tbsp vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each cracker into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on the baking sheet.
- Melt peanut butter chips with remaining oil and drizzle over the coated crackers.
- Chill in the fridge until set before serving.
