For the Bubblegum Slices
1 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup (or bubblegum drink concentrate, or neutral syrup mixed with bubblegum extract)
1 cup vegan marshmallow fluff
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pink food coloring, optional
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bubblegum-flavored syrup and vegan marshmallow fluff. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually sift in the powdered sugar, stirring continuously until a thick, soft dough forms. If desired, add 1 to 2 drops of pink food coloring and mix until evenly colored.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Press it down firmly and evenly using a spatula or lightly greased hands.
- Let the mixture set at room temperature for about 1 to 2 hours, or until firm enough to slice. For faster setting, refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Lift the slab out using the parchment overhang and cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
