- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup blackberry filling (reserved from filling)
Instructions
- Prepare the blackberry filling by cooking blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water in a saucepan until thickened.
- Activate the yeast by combining it with warm water and sugar; let it sit until frothy.
- Mix milk, melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, salt, and pudding mix in a bowl; add yeast mixture.
- Gradually incorporate flour to form a soft dough; knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough, spread with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then add cooled blackberry filling before rolling tightly.
- Slice into pieces and let rise again before baking at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
- Prepare cream cheese frosting and spread over warm rolls once baked.
