- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions until fully cooked.
- Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mustard; let simmer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice for the special sauce.
- To serve, layer shredded lettuce in bowls, top with the seasoned beef mixture and drizzle with special sauce; add desired toppings.
