Ingredients
- 1½ cups mashed bananas (approx. 3 bananas)
- ½ cup nut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and flatten it evenly using a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown around the edges and set in the center. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
