Ingredients
- 6 croissants or 1 can crescent roll dough
- 6 slices smoked turkey
- 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone)
- 1–2 tsp Dijon mustard or aioli (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter or egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice open each croissant lengthwise or unroll the crescent dough.
- Layer each croissant with a slice of smoked turkey and cheese; add mustard if desired.
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter or egg wash.
- Bake for 8-16 minutes (depending on croissant type) until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
