- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Place salmon on the baking sheet and brush with the Cajun mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
- For the sauce, mash avocado in a bowl, then mix in lime juice, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve salmon drizzled with avocado lime sauce and garnish with cilantro if desired.
