- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan lightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill each donut cavity halfway with batter.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on a rack before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with milk and vanilla.
