Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup apple butter
Instructions
- Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar in another bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Add heavy cream and lemon juice; mix until fluffy.
- Gently fold in half of the apple butter for a swirl effect, then pour over the crust.
- Drizzle remaining apple butter on top for decoration. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
