- 12 oz Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
- Meanwhile, marinate diced chicken in chili oil along with ground ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- After 10 minutes, add the marinated chicken to the air fryer basket with the Brussels sprouts. Stir gently to combine.
- Air fry for an additional 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry or broil for another 1-2 minutes to caramelize.
