  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF.
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, marinate diced chicken in chili oil along with ground ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  5. After 10 minutes, add the marinated chicken to the air fryer basket with the Brussels sprouts. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Air fry for an additional 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF.
  7. Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry or broil for another 1-2 minutes to caramelize.
