- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour marinade over chicken and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow to rest before serving with optional parsley garnish and lemon wedges.
