Ingredients
- 2 ears of fresh corn on the cob (husk removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Remove husks from the corn, rinse under cool water, and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil (or melted butter), salt, pepper, and chili powder (or smoked paprika). Brush this mixture over each ear of corn.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place seasoned corn in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- Once cooked, use tongs to remove the corn and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, finishing with fresh cilantro or parsley and lime wedges.
