Instructions
- Blend hulled strawberries with 2 cups of water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a large pitcher if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Stir in the evaporated milk and condensed milk until well combined.
- Add the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk or sugar if desired.
- Serve chilled over ice with sliced strawberries as garnish.
