  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Egg (beaten for wash)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach in olive oil until wilted. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled spinach with ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut into squares.
  5. Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling on each square; fold into triangles or rectangles and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
